We're not your average counselling practice — and we're okay with that. Eterna has been home to real therapy, real relationships, and real change since 2009. We're a team of therapists who believe the relationship is the therapy, and we take that seriously. We laugh with you, sit with the hard stuff, and show up fully for wherever you're at. Our therapists are trained across a broad range of modalities because no two people heal the same way. Every person who walks through our doors brings a different history, a different nervous system, and a different set of needs, and we think your therapy should reflect that.
Each therapist on our team has their own unique clinical identity, built through years of specialized training, lived experience, and genuine passion for the people they work with. Some of our therapists specialize in trauma and work primarily through somatic or EMDR approaches. Others are deeply rooted in attachment theory, narrative therapy, or DBT.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Designed to strengthen emotional bonds in couples and individuals. Get beneath the surface conflict to address the attachment needs driving it.
Gottman Theory (Couples)
A couples therapy approach built on real relationship research. Focuses on building friendship, managing conflict, & creating shared meaning.
Somatic Therapy
Recognizes that trauma lives in the body, not just the mind. Uses body-based awareness to release what talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach.
Narrative Therapy
Helps you separate your identity from your problems and rewrite the stories you tell about yourself. You are not your diagnosis, your past, or your worst moments.
