WHOS THIS FOR?

This group is for women over 50 who are:

Facing Depression & Anxiety

Experiencing persistent worry, sadness, or emotional heaviness that impacts your daily life and relationships.

Feeling Isolated or Disconnected

Struggling with loneliness or feeling like you don't belong, even when surrounded by others.

Difficulty with Relationships

Finding it hard to trust others, set boundaries, or maintain meaningful connections with family and friends.

Living with Trauma or PTSD

Carrying the weight of past experiences that continue to affect your emotions, thoughts, and sense of safety.

Looking for Connections

Seeking resilience, relational confidence, & deeper understanding of yourself as you move into the next season of your life.

Trying Something New

Traditional therapy doesn't work for everyone. Sometimes we just need a group of people to hear, and support us.

Many women over 50 who have experienced trauma or loss early in life have not received adequate support around their experience. Over time the long term impacts of those experiences can be overwhelming and confusing.

If you are looking to move into the next season of your life with greater understanding, connection, and resilience, your presence is important in this group.

HOSTED BY:

Tara Blake _ Eterna Counselling Abbotsford 3.jpg

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master's Degree in Counselling from City University. As a trauma-informed and relational counsellor, I specialize in working with women experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of aging and life transitions.

With training in trauma-sensitive practices, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I create a safe and supportive environment where women can explore their experiences at their own pace. My work is grounded in the values of acceptance, collaboration, and empowerment, helping clients discover their own resilience and strength.

I believe deeply in the power of authentic connection and the healing that occurs within a community of understanding. I am honoured to walk alongside women as they navigate their journey toward greater self-awareness, relational confidence, and peace.

When you register, you are committing to the full 8-week experience with a $360 investment. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront, or spread it across 8 weekly payments of $45 that will be automatically charged to your card on file. Whichever option feels right for you, payment is based on your registration for the program, not on individual session attendance.

We know life is unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances arise that keep us from attending every session. While we deeply hope you're able to be present each week, your financial commitment—regardless of attendance—is what allows us to hold space for you and maintain the safety and stability the entire group needs to grow together. A credit card on file is required for all participants, and payments are non-refundable.

This structure isn't meant to be rigid—it's designed to honour the sacred space we're creating together, where trust can grow because everyone knows we're truly committed to showing up for one another.
