Who am I?
MY PASSIONS
I am deeply passionate about social justice and strive to continuously learn from the communities I serve. In my role outside of Eterna, I support harm reduction initiatives across the region and advocate for better drug policies. You can often find me listening to the Crackdown podcast and following the actions of local drug user organizations across BC.
It is important to me to stay engaged with my community and surround myself with friends and family. In my downtime, I enjoy cooking with friends and spending time in nature. Over the past couple of years, my friends and I have taken up cold plunging, which has become a great way for us to bond while enjoying the outdoors. I have also been learning photography and love capturing photos of my friends and the incredible places we travel to.

MY APPROACH
Counselling
I come to this work from a place of humility and gratitude. I am honoured to be a part of people's lives and learn the incredible stories that make us who we are. My approach to counselling is to encourage wellness, safety, and liberation. As a queer cis woman, I approach this work with the goal of creating a space of safety and healing.
Using a harm reductionist lens, I have worked alongside people that use substances for the last six years during the drug toxicity crisis. I have a passion for supporting people to navigate their lives with the recognition of systems of oppression, shame, and stigma.
I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their expertise about their own experiences, and walking alongside them as they discover their path forward. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, recognizing that healing happens within authentic relationships built on trust, respect, and genuine understanding. I reside on the unceded and traditional territories of the Katzie and Kwantlen Nations.
