We are actively seeking skilled and passionate RSW/RCC Therapists to join our dynamic team in Abbotsford. We are a fun, engaging and passionate team of clinicians who actively hold each other to practice excellence.
The successful candidate will have availability for daytime, afternoon, evening and/or weekends.

Postgraduate degree experience is preferred, but new graduates will be considered with specialized training and experience
A clinician with a clear vision of their counselling philosophy and legacy
Therapists who are energized by working with individuals and/or couples over 35 years old

Requirements & Qualifications:

Master’s Level graduate degree in Social Work/Counselling Psychology or a BSW with a Master’s in Counselling

Eligibility for registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and/or BC College of Social Workers & proof of registration with the regulatory body.

Completion of Narrative Therapy Foundations (Level 1) is a strong asset
-
Thorough knowledge of Narrative Therapy, Anti-oppressive approach, Systems Theory, and other therapeutic modalities.
Strong grounding in the theoretical framework for your clinical work

Demonstrated experience working with adults over 35 with a variety of presenting issues, including, but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, depression, career transitions, mental health, substance use, trauma, abuse, separation/divorce, conflict resolution, life transitions, grief and loss, etc.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in a clinical setting

Demonstrated skills in communication, organization and establishing collaborative working relationships with clients and other professionals

Must have some availability during evenings and/or weekends along with daytime
