YOUTH THERAPISTS

We are actively seeking skilled and passionate RSW/RCC Child and Youth Therapists to join our dynamic team in Abbotsford. We are a fun, engaging and passionate team of clinicians who actively hold each other to practice excellence. The successful candidate will have availability for afterschool, evening and/or weekends.

Postgraduate degree experience is preferred, but new graduates will be considered with specialized training and experience

Actively contributes to the wellness of the team and practices self-care
Requirements & Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or related field (or BSW with Master's in Counselling)

Current registration with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and/or BC College of Social Workers
-
Strong knowledge of Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Multi-Systemic Family Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities (Narrative Therapy Foundations Level 1 an asset)
-
Demonstrated experience working with children and youth with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, mental health issues, trauma, family conflict, grief and loss, and life transitions

Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred

Available for evening and/or weekend appointments
