Hello Chilliwack! I'm So Glad You're Here

With the opening of our Chilliwack location, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share how excited I am to be part of this community. Chilliwack is a place where people value connection, resilience, and family, and it feels incredibly meaningful to be able to offer support in a space where those values are so deeply rooted.

Bringing Both Training & Lived Experience

As a therapist, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the room. I have a blended family, and through that, I've come to deeply understand the complexity that can exist within family life. Balancing different roles, navigating co-parenting relationships, and working to create a sense of belonging for everyone involved. These experiences allow me to meet clients with empathy and without judgment, especially when things feel messy or uncertain.

I'm also a working mom, which means I understand the constant pull of competing responsibilities. The pressure to show up fully in so many areas of life can be overwhelming, and it's easy to lose sight of your own needs in the process. This is something I hold with care in my work, by creating space for you to slow down, reflect, and feel supported.

Bringing Both Training & Lived Experience  In my practice, I commonly work with couples who are looking to strengthen their connection, improve communication, or find their way through challenging seasons. I also support first responders, who often carry invisible stress and experiences that can be difficult to process alone. Additionally, I work with individuals navigating trauma, whether from past experiences or more recent events, helping them move toward healing in a way that feels safe and manageable.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

  You Are Welcome Here

If you're in the Chilliwack community and considering therapy, I want you to know that you are warmly welcome here. Whether you're reaching out for support as an individual or as a couple, this is a space where you can show up as you are.

I'm truly looking forward to connecting with this community.
