WORKPLACE WELLNESS & SPEAKING

WHEN YOUR TEAM NEEDS MORE THAN A LUNCH & LEARN

Some workplace challenges such as burnout, communication breakdown, gender dynamics, leadership under pressure, don't resolve with a poster in the break room. They need someone who understands both the mental health reality and what it actually takes to lead people through hard things. That's what we bring.

How We Can Work Together

01 — SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

A focused keynote or panel appearance that gives your team language, perspective, and something to actually take with them. Whether you're opening a professional development day, anchoring a leadership retreat, or bringing in an outside voice to shift a conversation that's been stuck —
This is designed to land.

Starting: $1,800

Format: 60–90 minutes, in-person or virtual .
Topics available below

02 — CUSTOM WORKSHOPS

This is where the real work happens. A workshop isn't a lecture — it's a structured experience designed around what your team is actually dealing with. We work with you before the day to understand your context, your people, and what a good outcome looks like. What gets delivered is built for your organization, not pulled from a generic slide deck

Starting: $3,200

Starting: $5,500

Custom scope and multi-session engagements: by proposal

03 — ORGANIZATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

Some organizations need more than a single event. A series of sessions, an ongoing leadership development thread, or support through a specific team cultural challenge — this is built together based on what you need and what your timeline allows.

Mental Health &
Wellness in the Workplace

Practical frameworks for leaders and teams — recognizing burnout, building psychologically safe environments, and supporting people without overstepping.

WHAT WE
WORK ON

Team Conflict & Communication

Why good teams still break down, how conflict escalates when it doesn't have to, and what communication skills actually look like under pressure.

Workplace
Leadership & Culture

What it means to lead people through hard things—the difference between managing performance and truly developing people over time.

Woman in the
Workplace

Understanding gender dynamics in workplace culture—how sexism, bias, and exclusion show up—and what equitable, respectful environments look like in practice. Informed by feminist social work and 20+ years of experience.

Boundaries, Burnout
& Sustainability

For teams and for leaders. Boundaries aren't just personal — they're organizational. This session helps teams understand where the lines are and how to hold them without burning everything down.

BEYOND THE
WORKSHOP

One thing that sets Eterna apart from independent speakers and consultants is what's behind us. When a workshop surfaces something real — and they often do — your team members have somewhere to go with it. Eterna offers individual and group counselling services, and several members of our clinical team specialize specifically in workplace stress, burnout, and professional transitions. If someone leaves a session and realizes they need more support, that connection is already there.

CECILIA MANNELLA, CLINICAL FOUNDER & | RCC-ACS-CANDIDATE | RSW

I've spent my career inside organizations — supervising teams, building programs, developing curriculum, educating, holding budgets, navigating conflict, and leading through growth.I founded Eterna Counselling & Wellness, Inc in 2009 as a solo practitioner and built it into a seven-figure group practice with a multi-clinician team in two locations.

I've supervised clinical teams across BC and Ontario, taught at the university level for over a decade, developed training programs that organizations still use, and currently serve on the Board of Directors of Archway Community Services — one of the largest independent non-profits in the Fraser Valley.

I bring that full picture into every room I walk into. Not theory. Not observation. Lived organizational experience, grounded in clinical mental health expertise and leadership lived experiences.

If you're considering bringing me in — whether you have a specific date and topic in mind, or you're still figuring out what you need — the best next step is to fill out the form below.

I'll review your submission and follow up to book a 30-minute discovery call. No pitch, no pressure. Just a real conversation about whether what I do is a fit for what you're dealing with.

Cecilia Mannella, is the CEO, Founder and Clinical Director of Eterna Counselling & Wellness Inc, a group counselling practice she built from solo practitioner to a multi-clinician team since 2009.
