For ongoing therapy, it's recommended to schedule appointments 3 weeks in advance to ensure consistent weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Many of our therapists offer recurring appointment slots for regular clients if they book ahead. For initial consultations, most practices can accommodate new clients within 2 weeks, though some specialized therapists may have longer wait times. If you need urgent support, many practices maintain a cancellation list for last-minute appointment availability.

If you provide 48 hours notice, you can typically reschedule without any fees. Our team will work with you to find an alternative time within the same week or the following week.
