Shawna Leighton

I love walking alongside people as we build a safe place free of judgment together. This place is where stories can be shared, meaningful change can happen, and a positive ripple effect can be seen in people's lives. I firmly believe that change can occur through the power of connection – connection to ourselves, to one another, and to the world around us.

Connection grows when we can sit in the discomfort of not knowing while curious about the sensations occurring in our body as we share the untold stories we hold deep inside ourselves.  When we make these connections, it becomes easier to navigate life circumstances as we have more access to ourselves as well as our inner resilience and resources that we pull out together. Pulling out the undiscovered resource gems and deep-rooted strengths to challenge the overshadowing feelings of self-doubt, fear, and trauma. I will walk alongside you as a co-conspirator so you do not feel alone as you step into the courage to reclaim and discover the freedom and healing that you deserve.

I'm passionate about....

I deep passion and love to learn, grow and take on new challenges whether that is in my personal or professional life. I bring a spirit of curiosity and play to all areas of my life.

What sets my heart on fire is connection to self, other people and the world around me. Due to that passion, I work from a holistic approach that supports change and growth through joining of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I wholeheartedly believe that through connecting to our own inner wisdom, we all have an innate capacity to heal. With a gentle curiosity and a capacity to hold the light in the darkest of depths, offering a safe space where you can reflect, expand, and explore your inner world in order to discover and reconnect to your resources, values, and sense of wholeness.

Who AM I?

I’m a small-town girl from Ontario who loves living in BC with the mountains and ocean. I am always up for an adventure especially if that is outside in nature, camping or canoeing with my two adorable puppies. Traveling and exploring new cultures has always been of interest of mine, as I have spent some time exploring some parts of South America and planning to do more in the near future.
