Counselling

My goal is to meet my clients where they are at with a compassionate approach to healing. The collaborative work we do together will be developed in a safe and non-judgmental space. My hope is to nurture your courage and strengths, so that we can transform your adversity into learning and growth. I am passionate about my work with children and youth, as I love to develop creative, fun and engaging ways to navigate difficult times in therapy. I enjoy creating a safe space for them to use their imagination and discover their own resiliency and unique strengths. I support children and youth by generating connections to their communities, and developing their confidence to enter this wild world we live in.

I look forward to joining you on your therapeutic journey to cultivate empowerment and positive change in your life, as well as expand your capacity to feel good again.
