Maybe you are searching among the branches, for what only appears in the roots. –Rumi
I believe that at the very center of all people, tucked deeply away with our fears, traumas and insecurities are the answers to that which we are seeking. When we are able to go within ourselves and really connect with the inner guidance and wisdom we have, we birth our resilience, strength, gifts and our healing. I have so much compassion and empathy for those who are in the depth of suffering and have found the courage to walk through the darkness and into the realms of deep self-discover and I am absolutely honored to be able to provide this sacred space for my clients as I walk alongside them in this journey to wellness.
