Jasmine Shergill

“I am a positive and optimistic person, who strongly believes in the resiliency of the human spirit.”

Pain and suffering are inevitable parts of life, but I have a strong belief that you can make the changes needed to be happier and healthier no matter what challenges and obstacles you must overcome. My hope is to cultivate a safe space, where not only do you feel heard and understood but are encouraged and supported to be your authentic self. Together, we will work to make sense of your life experiences, and draw on your unique strengths so you can better conquer what you are facing.

“People who wade into discomfort and vulnerability and tell the truth about their stories are the real badasses”

Brene Brown
