Isabel Ruiz
In my counseling approach, I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. I value working together, meeting you where you are at, and examining how you can move forward in a way that aligns with your values and beliefs.
It's important to me that you feel respected, accepted, and empowered in our sessions. I believe that you have the potential for personal growth and positive change within yourself.
I prioritize getting to know you and exploring what works and doesn't work for you to better support you. Together, we will work towards helping you achieve a deeper understanding of yourself and finding the path that feels right for you.
