“No matter what challenges and barriers we experience in life, I believe that there is always hope. The potential for transformation is present in each person and we are capable of making the changes we desire and creating the life that we hope for.”
People continually overcome difficult experiences in life and are able to accomplish more than they can imagine. I will journey alongside you through the highs and lows as you work through challenges and take new and exciting steps toward change. My approach to counselling does not involve telling you what to do but is rather about partnering with you to discover and bring about the growth and new direction you long for. You can expect genuineness, compassion, and laughter as I strive to create a safe and comfortable space where you can share your stories of both pain and joy and move forward in creating new stories that align with your values and hopes in life.
“Katie allowed me the time to talk and help me sort things out and come to realize more good truths about myself!”
